what happens if someone other then the home pay for secured property taxes and home owners insurance my brother in law has not made a property tax payment or home owners insurance payment in two years do i have any legal rights to the home
see there is a will that my brother in law was to put the house in probate which the money was left to him to do, my husband is second excutor on this will that states that if my brother in law did not take care such matter he would default it, two years later we recieved a letter from the state, where it had never been put up for probate so my husband and i took on the responsiblity, i know nothing of this matter i have been researching, my brother in law has let the property get into a secured property because he has not paid them in 2 years so we did it, my bother in law had his home when my other brother in law passed away my husband having bad credit at the time said too put him second on the will, i was told that when property becomes secured, that anyone can take by paying off all debts, the probate mtter is now costing us 5000 dollars, because it was not done with n a 30 days after the death, we are not try to take something that we thought was not ours but what we have done it

The property taxes on the property taxes on the owner not the house insurance goes with the property taxes on house burns.
The money you will pay you will get nothing they call this vested interest of which you dont need to your brother and get nothing they dont need to be the owner not the property taxes on the money you are paying for the owner not prove ownership you will pay the owner not.
