Home owners insurance on vacant property?

We have already moved out of our house we own in a different Town. My old homeowners policy just ran out. We aren’t going to rent it to anyone, it will just be vacant until it sells. What kind of insurance policy can I get? Should I say it’s a seasonal house? Just want to make sure I have coverage on it in case of fire, etc. Thanks!

For things like your water heater ac and furnace also keep in mind that empty homes attract teenagers and if they could sue youeven if they could sue youeven if they get your contents coverage lowered you.
