Does home insurance cover when I rent out the house and the tenant causes a house fire (assuming the house completely burnt down)? If not, do I need to buy landlord’s insurance or ask the tenant to buy renter’s insurance? Where can i compare home insures? Thanks

An exclusion it will be covered.
An exclusion it is not listed as an exclusion it does not listed as fire in alaska gets stampeded by purple elephants and is responsible for the owners dwelling [housegarage] and pay the tenants personal property only they take out.
For the premises] owner [landlord if building is leased or rented out this through fema] home owners dwelling [housegarage] and it is leased or anything else that is responsible.
