Hi
Im thinking about using my insurance to repair water damaged area at my current house, would this increase my house insurance cost, if i moved to a new house. Or would the insurance be only high if i use the same insurance provider?

Hard to say. It will be in your CLUE report, however.

The same insurance on another home you will raise your rates on how much damage you will lose your insurance agent for certain amount of years and the new home and the new home and you might not want to get insurance on another.

Yes, claims activity will follow you if you move to a new house. Your claims follow YOU, and they also follow the property - so if the guy who owned the new house had two water damage claims, and you have one at the old house - you’ll actually have THREE claims show up, and most likely you’ll be denied insurance at that new location.
