How do I find out a neighbor’s home insurance provider to file an accidental injury claim when they withhold?

Texas asked:

Their child injured my child, and I have medical bills totaling around $1,100. I know they have coverage due to it being a new home and not paid off.

The provider is and file the provider is and file the provider is and file the claim.
    The claim.

On a scheming note, you could call and solicit them insurance and find out who they are insured with.

Do not do what other poster said. It is illegal to sell or solicit insurance without a license.

There is no way of know who your neighbor’s insurance company is. Sue them in small claims court then they will get their insurance company involved. Small claims is your only way to go.

    An uphill battle good luck.

The homeowners policy youre going to ask them its private information so theres no other way to have to ask them its private information so theres no other way to sue them for the damages.
