How do I find out a neighbor’s home insurance provider to file an accidental injury claim when they withhold?

Their child injured my child, and I have medical bills totaling around $1,100. I know they have coverage due to it being a new home and not paid off.

    On a scheming note, you could call and solicit them insurance and find out who they are insured with.

    Do not do what other poster said. It is illegal to sell or solicit insurance without a license.

    There is no way of know who your neighbor’s insurance company is. Sue them in small claims court then they will get their insurance company involved. Small claims is your only way to go.
