How do I find out a neighbor’s home insurance provider to file an accidental injury claim when they withhold?

On a scheming note, you could call and solicit them insurance and find out who they are insured with.

Do not do what other poster said. It is illegal to sell or solicit insurance without a license.
There is no way of know who your neighbor’s insurance company is. Sue them in small claims court then they will get their insurance company involved. Small claims is your only way to go.

The homeowners policy youre going to ask them its private information so theres no other way to have to ask them its private information so theres no other way to sue them for the damages.
