Is this a townhome? And, if it is, is the building covered by a Homeowners Association policy?
Shop around at some of the big companies like Allstate, State Farm, Farmers, Auto Club, ect. Start with the company you have your auto insurance with. Keep all your insurance with the same company to get the most discounts.
