what does pearl home insurance exactly cover you? Does it cover you for the cost of plumbing work?

The toilet in my mums bathroom has leaked and the foolrboards under the laminate flooring are totally soaked throughout. does the insurance cover her for any plumbing work that needs to be done or just for new laminate flooring?? the policy book is so complicated, sure they do it on purpose. paying £280 this year and has been with them for 15 years now.now
