An independent plumber was injured while working at someone’s home. He is currently hospitalized and will take a very long time before he works again. The plumber does have an insurance policy, but it does not cover worker’s comp. It only covers damage to his client’s property, his vehicle and his tools. Will his client’s home owners insurance cover this under personal liability?

I’m interested in renting out my condo during the Democratic National Convention (I live in Denver). However, my condo insurance does not cover damages caused by renter. If I were to upgrade my policy, how long would I have to commit? Could I just get a renters policy for a month? Or do I need to make a year commitment?
I would only be renting it for 5 days to a week.

auto insurance if you do not own either or do not drive a car?do new yorkers who cannot or do not drive have to have car insurance? this is for those who think auto insurance is mandated and a requirement. thanks.
IF you do not own do you still have to have home insurance or car insurance? that is the question.

As we all know the property values continue to plummet. If my property value has depreciated a significant amount will my Home Owners Insurance be less due to the decreased value? Logically I say yes but I am a new homeowner and am unsure.

I have a car that is stored in a locked enclosed car trailer on my property. I do not currently have auto insurance on it and was curious to know if it would be covered under my home owners insurance policy.
